We were challenged to design at least one recipe layout and cookbook cover. I decided to design three different simple Norwegian dessert recipe spreads for a cookbook; trollkrem, krum kake, and an Oslo kringle.
For each page I chose a color scheme based off of the image of the dessert on the right side of the spread. I mimicked the more modern style of recipe designs of Norway, such as the clean type and the partial border so that they would feel more Norwegian.
